Data Academy LLC provides data analytics and business intelligence consulting including dashboard development, data modeling, KPI strategy, product analytics, business opportunity analysis, and process automation. Services are delivered globally online.

2. Payments

• All payments processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime.
• One-time payments due at engagement start.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all data, findings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Results depend on data quality and client cooperation. Liability is limited to fees paid.

5. Governing Law

Governed by New Mexico law. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Albuquerque, NM.
